USAID 2024 Interim Certifications, Assurances, Representations, and Other Statements of the Recipient

On August 7, 2024, USAID issued an Acquisition & Assistance Policy Directive to implement OMB’s recent revisions to the Uniform Grant Guidance. Pub K is providing a review of each substantive change USAID has made to its standard provisions.

As part of this policy directive, USAID also made changes to the Interim Certifications, Assurances, Representations, and Other Statements of the Recipient. But the changes were minor, so we have not prepared an analysis of the changes made to the Certifications document. Nevertheless, we have attached a pdf of the Interim Certifications document for your review.
