Developing a Strategy to Manage Culture Risk

Compliance Podcast Network – Continuing a five-part series on building a stronger culture of compliance, Tom Fox explores ways to put together a strategy to manage culture based upon your assessment, based on a discussion with Jessica Czeczuga of Diligent.

According to Czeczuga, managers are the most influential members of an organization in shaping company culture, making it crucial to get them on board, as they will promote that culture deeper into the organization. “They have the ability to support, promote, permit, or ignore certain behaviors and values, making them the most influential group in an organization when it comes to culture,” explains Fox.
