Miles & Stockbridge – The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has issued its Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) “Employee Rights Paid Sick Leave and Expanded Family and Medical Leave under The Families First Coronavirus Response Act” poster for most public employers and private employers with fewer than 500 employees to post in the workplace. The poster informs employees of their rights under the FFCRA. The DOL also posted helpful frequently asked questions concerning the poster.
