Federal News Network – Acquisition reform season is again upon us, with efforts to overhaul the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and accompanying agency supplements, extensive acquisition reform provisions included in the FY2026 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) (including Title 18 dedicated to acquisition reform), and the release of the department’s Acquisition Transformation Strategy.
