DoD Proposes Definitions for Funding Instruments, Officials for DoD Grant and Agreement Regulations

In the fifth of six notices of proposed rulemaking updating the Department of Defense’s Grant and Agreement Regulations, DoD proposes to add definitions of terms that are common to most portions of those regulations, as well as a central location for the definitions.
