Inside the EPA’s Longstanding Struggles with IT Security

Two new reports from the Environmental Protection Agency's inspector general say the agency has yet to fully implement information security across the organization, and has failed to adequately keep track of agency-issued IT property, such as laptops and cellphones, exposing the agency to fraud and abuse.
