CPRA Enforcement Postponed to March 2024

Robinson & Cole – The California Superior Court has ruled that the state cannot begin enforcement of the California Privacy Rights Act until March 2024, based on an argument by the California Chamber of Commerce that businesses would not have enough time to prepare for it.
