Correction, Mr. Clayton. Other Countries are also Acting Against International Graft.

During a recent speech to the Economic Club of New York, SEC chair Jay Clayton argued  that the United States is “acting largely alone" in the enforcement of anti-corruption laws.  He cited figures to back his stance and called on other nations to follow the United States' lead in tackling an international problem.
