Corporate Insider Can’t Plead Fraud on Information and Belief

An Illinois district court dismissed a qui tam action alleging violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law, finding that the relator was a long-time member of the defendant LLC and therefore should be able to plead some direct knowledge of facts supporting his claims, or at the very least explain why he does not have this information.
