Contractors Pay Over $7.75 Million for Alleged Fraud to Obtain Disadvantaged Small Business Set-Asides

Department of Justice – Two contractors and their owner will pay over $7.75 million to resolve allegations they lied to the Small Business Administration to claim eligibility for contracts set aside for small businesses owned by disadvantaged individuals.
