Appeal challenging the agency’s decision to terminate a contract for default is dismissed, where the contractor’s business license was revoked and its corporate status lost prior to the date of contract award, and therefore the contractor did not have the corporate capacity to enter into the contact, and where the appellant failed to provide any evidence it had revived its corporate charter or that the individual who signed and submitted the claim had the authority to act on the contractor’s behalf to bring and prosecute the appeal.
