Appeal of the denial of a claim for termination for convenience costs is sustained in part, where the contract included both the commercial item termination clause and the standard termination clause, but the commercial item clause applied; and denied in part where the appellant could reuse perpetual software licenses for other contracts and could have avoided costs related to terminating employees working on the contract.
