Computer School Settles Allegations They Paid Recruiters Per Veteran Enrolled Under Post-9/11 G.I. Bill

Pinellas Corporation—a for-profit computer training school, doing business as New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Richmond and Washington—and owner Paul Giordano will pay $450,000 to settle allegations that they paid recruiters based on their success in enrolling students receiving military veterans benefits during 2015 and 2016.
