Former pharmacist Mitchell “Chad” Barrett has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for paying kickbacks to distributors for the referral of medically unnecessary prescriptions, resulting in $180 million in fraudulent billings, $50 million of that paid by TRICARE and other federal programs.
