Companies Pay Back Duplicate Paycheck Protection Program Loans

Three companies in the San Francisco Bay area have agreed to collectively pay a total of $530,000 in penalties and repay almost $1.2 million to lenders, to settle allegations that they each applied for and received duplicate Paycheck Protection Program loans in 2020.
