COFC Finds Government’s Rent Calculations Did Not Amount to a Breach

A lessee alleged that the Air Force's rent calculations for several ground leases constituted a breach.  The lessee argued that it was entitled to deduct certain expenses from the rent owed to the Air Force despite amended leases that did not permit such deductions.
