Co-worker Does Not Have Employment Relationship with Plaintiff

A district court in Puerto Rico declined to reconsider its decision dismissing one defendant from an FCA retaliation complaint, after finding that the defendant had no employment, contractual, or agency relationship with an individual, who was a coworker at his hospital.
