Class Deviation – Peer Reviews of Contracts for Supplies and Services
The Acting Principal Director for Defense Pricing and Contracting has issued a Class Deviation Memorandum, stating that Defense Pricing and Contracting will, absent some special circumstances, no longer conduct peer reviews for competitive procurements above $1 billion as required by DFARS 201.170(a)(1)(i).
