Class Actions Over Data Breach Involving Quest Diagnostics Sent to New Jersey
The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has ordered the transfer of more than 40 class actions over a breach of data at American Medical Collection Agency, to New Jersey, near the headquarters of medical testing company Quest Diagnostics.
