Appeal of the contracting officer’s denial of a claim for interest on a previously paid invoice is denied, where there is no evidence the contractor submitted an invoice at the time the work was done and provided no evidence that it was liable for additional interest payments to its employees or subcontractors, and where the contractor signed a contract modification releasing the government from future claims.
