CISA Touts CDM, CyberStat as Key Cyber Compliance Tools

The Department of Homeland Security has promised new plans to patrol federal networks for cybersecurity compliance, in response to a new report by the Government Accountability Office, which found gaps in the department's ability to validate agencies who largely self-report their compliance with its Binding Operational Directives.
