China Publishes Draft Measures for Security Assessments of Data Transfers

The Cyberspace Administration of China has published a draft of its proposed Measures for the Security Assessment of Outbound Transmission of Personal Information and Critical Data, which would govern data or personal information a business wants to transmit outside the country.
