Change to the Delegation of Authority for Use of Other Transactions for Prototype Projects in Response to Coronavirus Disease 2019, dated April 6, 2020

The Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment has issued a memorandum delegating approval authority to various DoD components to execute Other Transactions Prototype Project agreements for the period covered by the COVID-19 emergency declaration.
