Are Careless Insiders the Biggest Federal Cyber Threat?

Journalist John Breeden II reviews the results of the annual SolarWinds anonymous survey of federal IT managers, which reports that the greatest threat to federal cybersecurity isn't foreign governments (moved down to second place, with 48 percent checking that box), but employees who either don't care or haven't been properly trained, and thus engage in unsafe cyber (54 percent).
