In a recent decision, the Government Accountability Office affirmed the National Nuclear Security Administration’s rescission of a contract to Nevada Site Science Support and Technologies Corporation LLC, after it agreed with the agency that the sale of NVS3T to Leidos Innovations Corporation raised serious questions about the resources available to the awardee to perform on the contract.
