Business Owner Pleads Guilty to Contract Fraud Committed while Serving Time for Contract Fraud

Keith Fisher Sr., president of a company providing goods to government agencies, has admitted to attempting to defraud businesses in connection with this contract, while also violating conditions of his supervised release from prison from a prior similar conviction.
