Building an Ethical Organization

Tom Fox writes about a recent article by Catherine Bailey and Amanda Shantz in the MIT Sloan Management Review, “Building an Ethically Strong Organization." The authors identified four ethical dilemmas which they found “muddy the ethical waters for individuals in decisions both large and small.” These include conflicts between an employees personal ethics and those of the company, and conflicts among stakeholders in an organization.
