Bipartisan Senate Bill Combines Cyberattack Reporting and Cloud Adoption Provisions

Senators Rob Portman (R-OH) and Gary Peters (D-MI) have introduced the Strengthening American Cybersecurity Act, which combines elements of the previously unsuccessful Cyber Incident Reporting Act, last year's proposed update of FISMA, and the Federal Secure Cloud Improvement and Jobs Act, with the goal of getting provisions from each of them enacted.
