Bill Would Require Electric Infrastructure Companies to Report Cyber Incidents within 24 Hours

Representative Tim Walberg (R-MI) is introducing the Critical Electric Infrastructure Cybersecurity Incident Reporting Act, which would require critical energy infrastructure owners and operators to report cybersecurity incidents to the Department of Energy within 24 hours of their discovery.
