Been There, Done That. GAO Rejects Request for Reconsideration
The protester sought reconsideration, arguing GAO ignored its allegations concerning its agency-level protest. GAO rejected the request, finding its prior decision already addressed the issues that the agency-level protest raised.

- Request – The protester requested reconsideration of GAO’s prior decision denying its protest of an award to provide technology upgrades to an auditorium. It argued the agency’s evaluation of its technical approach was unreasonable and the agency’s price analysis was flawed. In its request for reconsideration, the protester argued GAO “ignored” the allegations that its agency-level protest was improperly dismissed.
- Decision – GAO denied the request. It noted that it had considered and denied the same allegations regarding the agency-level protest. The protester failed to identify a legal or factual error in GAO’s prior decision. All other arguments were merely rehashes of arguments discussed in the previous decision.
