Appeal of the contracting officer’s final decision denying a claim for additional profit is denied, where the contract provided for the lease of vehicles to the government and their maintenance, but not their repair, and therefore the government was not obligated to pay more than the cost of repairs to damaged vehicles and the contractor’s overhead.
