Multiple protests challenging the agency’s award of firefighting services contracts are denied, where a protester’s allegations that one awardee failed to disclose numerous non-compliance actions are unsupported by evidence; where the agency’s responsibility determination of one awardee was reasonable and well-documented, and the protester failed to raise any challenge to the awardee’s technical approach; where the agency was not required to conduct a price realism analysis; and where the agency’s decision to take corrective action in response to a previous protest and its subsequent award decisions were reasonable and well-documented.
