Air Force CISO: Cyber Workers ‘Crippled’ by Overload of Regs

Air Force CISO Peter Kim says government's rank and file cybersecurity workforce is being overwhelmed by regulations and compliance requirements, to the detriment of morale and employee retention. “We are crippling our millennial, innovative, bright young folks out there in the field,  and a lot of them are being discouraged, and that’s the last thing I need in an Air Force,” Kim remarked.
