Protest challenging the agency price evaluation is denied, where the solicitation did not contemplate a price realism analysis and where the agency reasonably assessed the risk of unbalanced pricing using the methodology defined in the solicitation; and protest challenging the agency’s evaluation of supply chain risk is dismissed as untimely, where the protester knew of industry concerns about the awardee’s pricing and status as an authorized reseller of certain IT products but did not file its protest within 10 days of learning of these grounds for a challenge; and protest alleging the awardee made material misrepresentations in its proposal is denied, where the protester did not provide any evidence that any statements in the awardee’s proposal were false.
