Acquisition/Procurement Attorney – US Cyber Command

United States Cyber Command is looking to hire an acquisition/procurement attorney (GG-14)(non-permanent/over-hire) located at Fort George Meade, Maryland. The position is in the Cyber Excepted Service. The incumbent will provide specialized professional legal advice and counsel to United States Cyber Command (Commander and directorates) regarding all aspects of federal acquisition law to include, but not limited to acquisition, planning, solicitation, negotiations, source selection, contract format, award, contract administration and modification, contract termination, contract protest and litigation support, contract close out, fiscal law, conflicts of interest, and other acquisition and business issues. The incumbent will be required to file an OGE 450, must be able to obtain and maintain a top secret security clearance and is a drug tested position.
