Bradley – In Part 1 of this series, we introduced the Federal Acquisition Regulation’s (FAR) approach to insurance and risk allocation in federal procurement, focusing on FAR Part 28 and the insurance-related clauses in FAR Subpart 52.228.  In Part 2, we examined automobile liability provisions, and in Part 3, we addressed liabilities for worker injuries under FAR 52.228-3 and the Defense Base Act.
