Exclusive: US upends global supply program for malaria and HIV amid warnings of gaps

Slamming on the brakes will disrupt the supply of lifesaving drugs and medical supplies that, to date, have delivered over $5 billion to people living with AIDS in 90 countries. The report notes that the State Department does not have any clear plan in place to replace or revise this essential program.
