U.S. DOJ Rolls Back Disparate Impact Rule

Pillsbury – Under the new rule, issued without notice and comment, recipients of federal financial assistance will not be liable under Title VI for facially neutral programs or policies that have a disproportionate adverse impact based on race, color, or national origin.
