In memoriam: Ambassador Bill Garvelink

Ambassador Bill Garvelink, the former senior USAID executive responsible for humanitarian assistance and Mission Director for USAID/Eritrea, passed away this week. Ambassador Garvelink served as US Ambassador to the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He was also a senior advisor to the International Medical Corps.
