Are We Entering a New Era in Federal Budgeting?
Federal News Network – More than two decades have passed since Congress last approved a rescission request from a President. Following last week’s approval of $9 billion in funding clawbacks, Office of Management and Budget Director Russ Vought stated that there will be more. Vought also said budgets should be “less bipartisan.” What does this mean for agencies still trying to spend their 2025 funds?
