Federal Acquisition Regulation: List of Domestically Nonavailable Articles

OFPP, DoD, GSA, and NASA (collectively referred to as the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council) are issuing a final rule that amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to revise the list of domestically non-available articles under the Buy American statute.
