Application of DEI Executive Order to American Indians and Alaska Natives

In a note to the Small Business Administration's Chief of Staff, the SBA's General Counsel confirmed that the Executive Order Ending Radical and Wasteful DEI Programs and Referencing, "does not apply to programs or activities of the Small Business Administration that affect or serve" American Indians or Alaska Natives.
