Memorandum of Agreement Between United States Agency for International Development and Department of State

This Memorandum of Agreement establishes a servicing agreement between the United States Agency for International Development and the Department of State, setting forth the terms and conditions under which State will perform the functions outlined below on a reimbursable basis on behalf of USAID until an alternate arrangement is reached.
