DOGE Guts HHS Small Business Office
Government Executive – Thousands of workers have been laid off at the Department of Health and Human Services, including the dismantling of the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization. The agency has forced out the entire OSDBU staff except for executive director Shannon Jackson.
