Federal News Network – While DOGE focuses on cutting what the government does, the nation also has to think of how the government does what it does. Phillip Howard, chairman of the legal reform group Common Good, argues that reforming the processes of government is long overdue. He suggests that while there may be areas where cuts can occur, the efficiency and structure of government operations warrant a significant overhaul to better serve the public.
