Despite DEI Backlash, Nearly 60% of US Workers Support Current DEI Policies

A Conference Board survey found that 58% of US workers feel their organization is adequately addressing DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) efforts, while 21% believe more should be done. Notably, nearly half of women (49%) and a majority of Black respondents (56%) would not work for a company that doesn’t take DEI seriously.
