USAID Awards Office of Transition Initiative’s (OTI’s) SWIFT 6 IDIQs

According to the HigherGov website, 21 entities submitted bids for this ten-year, $5 Billion (shared ceiling) IDIQ. This mechanism is OTI’s primary means of quickly responding to complex political crises. SWIFT 6 is split into SWIFT-Program to implement OTI country and regional activities, and SWIFT-Support, which is a small business set-aside to provide personnel to support OTI program operations.
