OMB – Acquisition Guide, Chapter 17.5 Interagency Acquisitions, is revised to update the Department of Energy’s (DOE) requirements and procedures for issuing “funds-out” assisted acquisitions, including the requirements for processing funds-out interagency acquisitions in the Strategic Integrated Procurement Enterprise System (STRIPES), and the Standard Accounting and Reporting System (STARS) for compliance with the Department of the Treasury’s G-Invoicing system.
