DFARS – Limitation on the Acquisition of Certain Goods Other Than United States Goods

DoD is issuing a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implemen remove limitations and restrictions on certain components that are no longer required and add new limitations on other components, subject to exceptions.
