Executive Order on Foreign Access to Sensitive Personal Data Will Increase U.S. Regulation of Cross-Border Data Transfers

Wiley – The White House has released a highly anticipated and far-reaching Executive Order to limit the transfer of sensitive personal data outside of the United States to “countries of concern,” including those that generate and sell data gained from mobile apps, smartwatches, car sensors, and other digital devices.
